Oggi finalmente ci tengo a parlarvi di un prodotto che ho gentilmente ricevuto al Sana 2018: “La Crema Antirughe Ultraleggera” de Il Pettirosso


Il Pettirosso è un laboratorio artigianale di “Cosmesi Naturale”, situato sulla catena dei monti della Maddalena, precisamente nell’area contigua del Parco Nazionale del Cilento, Vallo di Diano ed Alburni.

La loro linea fitocosmetica è realizzata grazie all’utilizzo del prezioso patrimonio botanico presente sul territorio.

Le piante impiegate nelle formulazioni dei loro cosmetici (che seguono una lavorazione artigianale tradizionale) sono spontane, raccolte a mano e lavorate subito dopo la raccolta per garantire un’altissima qualità  e una maggiore efficacia.

Le profumazioni che arricchiscono le loro linee, provengono esclusivamente da oli essenziali puri naturali.

Una cosa che ho gradito moltissimo, è l’adozione dell’Etichetta Trasparente Pianesiana, nella quale sono contenute le principali informazioni qualitative sulle materie prime, per informare in modo scrupoloso chi acquista i loro prodotti.

UTILIZZO:

Dopo aver pulito e tonificato accuratamente la pelle, stendere un leggero velo di crema sul viso e decolletè e massaggiare fino al suo completo assorbimento. Per intensificare la sua azione, l’azienda consiglia di abbinarla al Siero Viso Setificante Papavero e Vite Rossa.

VALUTAZIONE PERSONALE:

La crema si presenta in una texture abbastanza liquida e biancastra, infatti, è sufficiente poco prodotto per un’applicazione ottimale su viso, collo e décolleté. Si stende e si assorbe rapidamente, dopo aver effettuato un delicato massaggio, risultando estremamente leggera sul viso, cosa che apprezzo particolarmente avendo una pelle mista che tende a lucidarsi nella zona T.

La profumazione è fiorita e per i miei gusti deliziosa, la associo alla primavera, una stagione che amo particolarmente.

Dopo ogni applicazione la pelle risultava vellutata, elastica e nutrita. È indicata anche per la sua azione preventiva antirughe, quindi spero ne ritardi la formazione, dato che fortunatamente il mio viso ancora non ne presenta!!

In conclusione, mi sono trovata davvero benissimo con questa crema, per questo mi sento davvero di consigliarla a chi come me presenta una pelle mista con tendenza oleosa nella zona T, ma la trovo adatta anche alle pelli normali e/o sensibili; per chi invece ha una pelle particolarmente secca, che necessita di maggiore nutrimento, ritengo possa risultare troppo leggera.

L’unica cosa che non mi ha convinto particolarmente, è il packaging in vasetto, avrei preferito un flacone airless, perché lo trovo più igienico e pratico per prelevare il prodotto, soprattutto per via della sua consistenza leggermente liquida. Ad ogni modo, trovo utile che il vasetto sia in vetro, perché facilmente riutilizzabile!!

❤️Ringrazio di cuore la dolcissima Serena per questo graditissimo regalo, è stata davvero molto gentile nel mostrarmi tutte le loro ottime referenze!! Parlando con lei ho subito percepito la dedizione e la passione che ha per questo lavoro, apprezzo davvero moltissimo le realtà familiari come la loro, sono quelle che preferisco in assoluto e che stimo maggiormente, perché mostrano tanta cura nei dettagli e una passione coinvolgente!!

Ho apprezzato anche il trattamento viso eseguito dalla loro visagista Angelica, una vera coccola, che mi ha consentito di provare alcuni loro prodotti.

    1. Desire

    Before we get in to the bolts and nails of real estate investing in I
    want to talk to you about desire. If you are going to be successful at anything in life including real
    estate investing you have to have the desire to do it. Desire is defined
    as longing or craving, as for something that brings satisfaction or enjoyment.
    Desire stresses the strength of feeling and often implies strong intention or aim.
    In real estate investing if you don’t have a desire to learn and grow as a human being and really get satisfaction out of it, then real estate investing is going
    to be hard to do. When I go out and look at a property it brings me a lot of enjoyment.
    Every aspect brings me joy from talking to home owners, figuring out how I can make a deal work,
    to buying the house and to finding a good homeowner or tenant
    for the house. Real estate investing may not be for everyone but
    real estate investing can offer anyone the financial freedom we all crave for.
    If you do not have the desire for real estate investing that is ok, it can still help
    you to live your dreams and help you to get where you
    want to go in the future.

    Why is real estate investing an amazing avenue for
    anyone to live out all of their dreams? Let me ask you a few questions.
    Do you have enough money to do anything you want? Do you
    have everything you want? No debt? A nice house?

    Great Marriage? The freedom to do anything regardless of how much it costs and the time it takes?
    If you have all of these things then you are one of the few people
    in America who does. Most people may be working fifty hours a week and making
    just enough to pay their bills. In today’s day and age most people are living pay check to pay check never really knowing if they will make enough to pay the bills that just keep piling up.

    If you cannot keep up with your monthly bills how are you
    going to plan for retirement or send your kids to college or have time to enjoy life.
    The answer to all of these questions is becoming financially free.
    Now it’s not going to be easy everyone will have to get off the couch and out
    of their comfort zone. Real estate is proven to be one of the fastest ways to get your out of the rat race of the nine
    to five and begin living the life you deserve to live. Everyone wants something
    different out of their life. Some dream of traveling the world,
    spending more time with family, volunteering,
    golfing, laying on a beach, giving back to the community, or anything that will make them happy.
    There are thousands of things that make people happy.

    Making it in real estate takes a person who has a strong desire
    to change their lives for the better and think
    big. Anyone can become a great real estate investor.
    It is going to take a lot of work and can be a struggle at times
    but in the end it will be the most amazing
    feeling ever. The people that make it in real estate investing all have a few things in common. First they run their real estate investing business like
    any other business out there. Second they get out
    there and network with anyone and everyone. Some people might be like me and have a hard
    time talking to other people. If you are that is ok, anyone can learn how to
    become a people person, it just takes hard daily work.
    You have to push yourself past your comfort zone. The third
    thing is that you cannot be afraid to fail. Everyone has failed at something but the most successful people out their learn from their failures.
    The fourth thing is that you have to put a good team together.
    I will go into putting a team together in a later chapter. The concept
    of putting a team together is so that when you don’t know something you have team members
    that know what to do and can help you with questions.

    The can also make sure that you are not working yourself to death.
    You do not want to be the person doing everything in your business.

    Doing everything is a receipt for failure. You have to
    put together good people who you can trust and rely on. The fifth thing is that
    you need a mentor. Sixth and final is the desire to
    do it. No one can become successful at something if they don’t want to do it and don’t get satisfaction out of what they are doing.

    2. Setting Goals

    Having goals is one of the most important aspects of achieving what you want in life.
    You don’t want to just have your goals up in your head you want to write them down and past what you have wrote on the wall somewhere or in the bathroom mirror.
    You want to review your goals daily and read them out loud to yourself.

    This way you remind yourself everyday why you are building your business.

    How should you start to write down you goals?
    First off you should think big, and by big I mean HUGE.
    If your goals are too small you will easily achieve them and have nothing else to look forward too.
    You should start off by asking yourself the question if I had all the money and time in the
    world what would I do, what would I buy, how would
    I spend my time, and how would I spend my energy. Are you starting to
    write these down? Well you should be. Think about what you want, spending time with family, traveling the world, the best cars, a castle, owning
    a small country, running for president, having the biggest real estate
    investing business in your area or in the country. Whatever your dreams and what you
    want out of your life, write it down. Some of my goals are becoming
    free, traveling the world, having a Ferrari, having 10 vacation homes all over
    the world. Right now I am just trying to get
    you out of your comfort zone of thinking and let your imagination run.

    There are several ways to set goals. I have learned a lot of ways you can set you goals and there is no right or wrong way.
    The best ways that I have found to set your goals is to
    break them up into two categories. First
    your short term goals. This should be goals from a month out to around a
    year. The second is your long term goals these goals are you think big goals and what you see for
    your future.

    For year one I like to first make a list of what I want to achieve this year
    and I will give you an example of how to do that.
    For year one you want to be very specific first you want to
    list what you want your income to be at the end
    of the year, next how much cash in the bank you want (this is money in your checking account, not assets).
    Next you want to list how much you are going to give.
    Giving is a very important, this can be giving to charity, giving of gifts to friends and family, giving to your school or anything you can dream of.

    As long as what you give brings joy to others
    who need it more than you. Next list what bad habits you
    have that you want to eliminate. Weather is be quitting smoking, spending too much
    on junk, drinking too much, working too much, not spending
    enough time with family, too much TV, not exercising and
    many more. We all have bad habits that need to be changed in order
    for use to grow as human beings. Under each of
    these bad habits list out some steps that you
    can take in order to quit them. If you bad habit is
    being lazy and not exercising enough what can you
    do to change that. Well you can get a gym membership or a home work out program.
    Commit yourself you following through with a plan to work out
    3-5 days a week. For you to change these bad habits you have to be totally committed and follow through with a detailed plan you set for yourself.
    After you have your plans in place you should start listing several
    things you want to achieve or do in the next year.

    This can be start a successful business, spend time with family, travel to 2-5 places and so
    on. Now under each of these you should also write a detailed plan on what you need and
    what you need to do in order to achieve these goals.
    Finally you should take all of this information you have a write on page on what you see your
    life being over the next year. Doing this is a great exercise
    to really see what you want out of life.

    conditions. Patients or caregivers with an issued license by a
    physician would also be allowed to attend registered marijuana treatment centers (Ballotpedia 2014).

    Not just anyone can get a medical marijuana license though.
    Individuals must be diagnosed with a “debilitating medical condition” such
    as cancer, HIV or glaucoma. The Florida Department of Health would
    be responsible for regulating medical marijuana and it would also issue identification cards and develop procedures for treatment centers.

    In the following passages I will discuss the pros and cons of marijuana, how poor people can obtain it if they can’t afford it and how I personally feel about amendment 2 and the
    legalization of marijuana.

    Medical marijuana has many health benefits such
    as relieving chronic pain due to an illness or relieving stress after a
    long or busy day. The evidence is proven by
    research that marijuana can relieve certain types of pain, nausea, vomiting, and
    other debilitating symptoms caused by such illnesses as cancer and AIDS in patients all around the globe (ProCon 2014).

    Sanjay Gupta, MD, Chief Medical Correspondent for CNN mentioned that marijuana doesn’t have a high potential for abuse and there are
    very legitimate applications. Also “Sometimes marijuana is the only thing that works”,
    said Gupta. Arthritis is another common disease, usually in older adults, with no current cure and marijuana has been proven to help
    alleviate the symptoms of this disease as well. Rheumatology reported in 2006 that “In comparison with the placebo, the CBM [cannabis-based medicine] produced statistically significant improvements in pain on movement, pain at rest and quality of sleep (ProCon 2014). Although there are several legitimate benefits of medical marijuana, there are still those who disagree and argue that the legalization of medical marijuana would be harmful to society.

    The ones who are against Amendment 2 and the legal use of marijuana argue it may be detrimental to society by causing an increase in crime. Bishop Ron Allen claimed that marijuana would increase crime and poverty in Berkeley and he explains, “Research
    tells us that marijuana has the same effects on the pleasure central system in the brain as heroin and crack cocaine.” (OpposingViews 2014) Supporters of marijuana like Mason Tvert, of the Marijuana Policy Project disagree with Allen, stating that Allen didn’t know what he was talking about and marijuana has been proven to be less toxic and less addictive than other drugs. “The fact is that Medical associations
    across the country and more than 80% of Americans think marijuana can help seriously ill people (Opposing Views) states Tvert.” A study conducted by the University of Texas at Dallas found that legalized marijuana may reduce crimes like robbery and homicide (Ferner 2014).

    Another downfall of marijuana is that it is said to be a gateway or stepping stone to other harmful drugs such as cocaine or heroine. The Eagle Forum mentioned in a statement that “Since THC is
    continually in the body the “high” from pot gradually diminishes so pot smokers usually take other drugs to get a kick (ProCon 2014).” Sue Rosche, Founder and President of the National Families in Action says, “This issue
    received intense press coverage and California’s teenagers
    got the message, their past month marijuana use increased
    by nearly one-third that year, from 6.5% to 9.2% according to the
    National Household Survey on Drug Abuse. It’s still continuing to rise:
    1997-6.8%, 1998-7.4, and 1999-8.4%. Even if the use
    of marijuana continues to rise and it is legalized, how will the poor households obtain it if they can’t afford it?

    The City of Berkeley, Calif. recently announced a new law in which marijuana dispensaries will have
    to donate 2% of their cannabis to low-income
    people starting in August of next year (OpposingViews).
    This could be a good law that other states like Florida can use to regulate
    to use of marijuana if they do decide to make it legal.
    With the donation law, poor individuals can get access to the marijuana they need which is known to sell for at least $400 an ounce in California.
    This price is only the street value of the plant-form (what
    you smoke) of medical marijuana, so other forms such as liquid or extracted
    may cost more. The most important part about state regulation is that poor families with
    “debilitating medical conditions” will have a way
    to obtain the medical marijuana they need to alleviate their
    symptoms.

    With all the factual evidence pointing to the amazing benefits of medical marijuana, I agree and
    vote yes on amendment 2 which will legalize medical marijuana.

    I have a grandmother who has epilepsy seizures and if a dose of prescribed marijuana
    will help alleviate her or any other patient’s symptoms, why not give her or other patients dosages by pill?
    The Epilepsy Foundation released a statement earlier this year that supported the rights of patients and families living with seizures and epilepsy to access physician-directed
    care, including marijuana (OpposingViews). There is no factual evidence of
    anyone dying from marijuana and my research concluded mostly positive benefits.
    Weighing out the benefits of medical marijuana and
    the fact that poor households may have a way to obtain it, gives the state of Florida
    all the reasons and factual evidence it needs to legalize marijuana.

    Before we get in to the bolts and nails of real estate investing in I want to talk to you about
    desire. If you are going to be successful at anything in life including real estate investing you have
    to have the desire to do it. Desire is defined as longing or craving,
    as for something that brings satisfaction or enjoyment.
    Desire stresses the strength of feeling and often implies strong intention or aim.
    In real estate investing if you don’t have a desire to learn and
    grow as a human being and really get satisfaction out
    of it, then real estate investing is going to be hard to do.
    When I go out and look at a property it brings me a lot of enjoyment.
    Every aspect brings me joy from talking to home owners, figuring out
    how I can make a deal work, to buying the house and to
    finding a good homeowner or tenant for the house. Real estate investing may
    not be for everyone but real estate investing can offer anyone the financial freedom we all crave for.
    If you do not have the desire for real estate investing that is ok, it can still
    help you to live your dreams and help you to get where
    you want to go in the future.

    Why is real estate investing an amazing avenue for anyone to live out all of their
    dreams? Let me ask you a few questions. Do you have enough money to do
    anything you want? Do you have everything you want?
    No debt? A nice house? Great Marriage? The freedom to do anything regardless of how much it costs and
    the time it takes? If you have all of these things then you
    are one of the few people in America who does.

    Most people may be working fifty hours a week and making just enough to
    pay their bills. In today’s day and age most people are living
    pay check to pay check never really knowing if they will make enough to
    pay the bills that just keep piling up. If you cannot keep up with your monthly bills
    how are you going to plan for retirement or send your kids to
    college or have time to enjoy life. The answer to all of
    these questions is becoming financially free. Now it’s not going to be easy everyone will have to get off the couch and out of their comfort zone.
    Real estate is proven to be one of the fastest ways to get
    your out of the rat race of the nine to five and begin living the life you deserve to live.
    Everyone wants something different out of their life.

    Some dream of traveling the world, spending more time with family, volunteering,
    golfing, laying on a beach, giving back to the community, or anything that will make them happy.

    There are thousands of things that make people happy.

    Making it in real estate takes a person who
    has a strong desire to change their lives for the better and think
    big. Anyone can become a great real estate investor.
    It is going to take a lot of work and can be a struggle at
    times but in the end it will be the most amazing feeling ever.
    The people that make it in real estate investing all have a few
    things in common. First they run their real estate investing business like any other business out there.
    Second they get out there and network with anyone and everyone.

    Some people might be like me and have a hard time talking to
    other people. If you are that is ok, anyone can learn how to become
    a people person, it just takes hard daily work. You have
    to push yourself past your comfort zone. The third thing
    is that you cannot be afraid to fail. Everyone has failed at something
    but the most successful people out their learn from their failures.
    The fourth thing is that you have to put a good team together.
    I will go into putting a team together in a later chapter.
    The concept of putting a team together is so that when you don’t know something
    you have team members that know what to do and can help you with questions.
    The can also make sure that you are not working yourself to death.
    You do not want to be the person doing everything in your business.
    Doing everything is a receipt for failure.
    You have to put together good people who you can trust
    and rely on. The fifth thing is that you need a mentor.
    Sixth and final is the desire to do it. No one can become
    successful at something if they don’t want to do
    it and don’t get satisfaction out of what they are doing.

    2. Setting Goals

    Having goals is one of the most important aspects of achieving what you want in life.
    You don’t want to just have your goals up in your head
    you want to write them down and past what you have wrote
    on the wall somewhere or in the bathroom mirror.
    You want to review your goals daily and read them out loud to yourself.
    This way you remind yourself everyday why you are building your business.

    How should you start to write down you goals?
    First off you should think big, and by big I mean HUGE.
    If your goals are too small you will easily achieve them and have nothing else to
    look forward too. You should start off by asking yourself the question if I had all the money and time in the world what would I do, what would I
    buy, how would I spend my time, and how would I spend my energy.
    Are you starting to write these down? Well you should be. Think about what you want, spending time with family, traveling the world, the best cars, a castle, owning a small country,
    running for president, having the biggest real estate investing business in your
    area or in the country. Whatever your dreams and what you want out of your life,
    write it down. Some of my goals are becoming
    free, traveling the world, having a Ferrari, having 10 vacation homes all over the
    world. Right now I am just trying to get you out of your comfort zone of thinking and let
    your imagination run.

    There are several ways to set goals. I have learned a lot of ways you
    can set you goals and there is no right or wrong way.
    The best ways that I have found to set your goals is to break them up into two categories.

    First your short term goals. This should be goals from a month out to around a year.
    The second is your long term goals these goals are you think big goals and what you see for your future.

    For year one I like to first make a list of what I want to achieve this
    year and I will give you an example of how to do that.

    For year one you want to be very specific first you want to list what
    you want your income to be at the end of the year, next how much cash in the bank you want (this is money in your checking account, not assets).

    Next you want to list how much you are going to give.
    Giving is a very important, this can be giving to charity, giving
    of gifts to friends and family, giving to your school or anything you can dream
    of. As long as what you give brings joy to others who need it more
    than you. Next list what bad habits you have that you want to eliminate.

    Weather is be quitting smoking, spending too much on junk,
    drinking too much, working too much, not spending enough time with family, too much TV, not exercising and many more.

    We all have bad habits that need to be changed in order for
    use to grow as human beings. Under each of these bad habits list out some steps that you can take in order to quit
    them. If you bad habit is being lazy and not exercising enough
    what can you do to change that. Well you can get a gym membership or a home work out program.
    Commit yourself you following through with
    a plan to work out 3-5 days a week. For you to change these bad habits you have to be totally committed and follow through with a detailed plan you set for yourself.
    After you have your plans in place you should start listing
    several things you want to achieve or do in the
    next year. This can be start a successful business, spend time
    with family, travel to 2-5 places and so on. Now under each
    of these you should also write a detailed plan on what you need and what you need to do in order
    to achieve these goals. Finally you should take all of this information you have
    a write on page on what you see your life being over the next
    year. Doing this is a great exercise to really see what
    you want out of life.

    skin issues by applying a liberal amount of sunscreen with
    at least a SPF 15 cream or lotion daily. Many moisturizers come with sunscreen already included.

    Retinoids: Topical Vitamin A based products called Retinoids have
    made significant advances in reducing the appearance of wrinkles
    and fine lines. They help to temporarily “plump up” wrinkle
    areas and diminish its visibility.

    Cleansers: Cleansers help to remove dirt, debris, pollutants
    and perspiration that accumulate on your skin throughout the day.
    These cleansers may come in liquid, foam or bar form.

    Eye Creams: An eye cream can help improve the condition of the fragile
    skin around the eyes. It helps to hydrate and protect the eye area
    and it may even help to minimize dark circles or temporarily tighten fine lines.

    Exfoliation: The use of moisturizer and cleansers help improve the appearance of
    skin by sloughing off dead skin cells on the surfaces. These may
    also help to smooth out the skin’s appearance and even discoloration from over exposure to the sun. As we age, the skin builds up dead skin cells which makes
    us look older, have rough skin and wrinkles or fine lines appear.
